We are currently locked out of our house. I called for a locksmith and was quoted 15 minutes. I called 30 minutes later to get an update and was told the technician will call me with an ETA. I never got a call from a technician and called back 10 minutes later to check in. The woman said the technician will call me to give me an ETA. A few minutes later I get a text that there is no technician in my area and they can’t complete the service at this time. They wasted 45 minutes of my time and now I have to call a different company to come help us. I wish I could give zero stars.

All of these wonderful attributes start at the top, as the company is run by an owner who demands excellence of his staff and treats his customers with utmost respect. I highly recommend Keyth Security Systems to anyone! Update: several months later - we had an attempted burglary, and thanks to the reliable Keyth Security alarm system, the burglar did not gain access into our house.

It’s an outdated system that is more expensive than the competitors. When I tried to cancel they stated that I was locked into a 3 year contract and would have to pay it off to cancel!! Outrageous! Weren’t willing to let me out of my contract or to match the competitor rates.
